CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE POLICY- I extend a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Following this window, I reserve the right to determine whether rescheduling your appointment is necessary. In such cases, a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s) may apply. Alternatively, adjustments to the service may be made based on the extent of the delay. CANCELLATION POLICY- Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide at least 48 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service(s). For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service(s) will be charged. NO SHOW POLICY- Upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will receive a confirmation text. Additionally, multiple reminder texts will be sent at 72 hours before your appointment. Please note that there are no exceptions for no-shows. In the event of a no-show, a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s) will  be charged, and access to online booking may be restricted. Your understanding in respecting and valuing my time is greatly appreciated, just as I value your time as a client.
